Shipping

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Orders are shipped directly from our atelier in Germany to the US.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free US shipping on orders over $70.

Do I have to pay duties or import fees?

No. US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties and import fees are already included.

How long does shipping take?

Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Are returns easy?

Yes. Returns are handled through our US return center.

To start a return, simply log into your customer account and request a return for your order.

If you do not have an account, contact us at info@wearneo.store with your order number.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions to complete your return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Yes. All payments are processed securely via certified payment providers.

In which currency are prices displayed?

All prices are displayed in USD.

Materials

What materials do you use?

NEO Edits use carefully selected materials such as Peace Silk, Crêpe Satin, cotton and other natural fabrics.

What is Peace Silk?

Peace Silk (also known as Ahimsa or Ashoka silk) is produced without harming the silkworm during silk production.

What is Crêpe Satin silk?

Crêpe Satin is a premium silk weave known for its smooth surface and refined sheen. It creates a sharp, elegant finish while maintaining a soft, fluid feel.

Are the metal components skin-friendly?

Yes. Metal parts used for bow ties, suspenders and flat caps are manufactured in Germany and are nickel-free. Components for other accessories may be sourced separately depending on the design.

Fit & Adjustability

Are the bow ties adjustable?

Yes. NEO Bow Ties are adjustable and fit most collar sizes. Delivered pre-tied, they can also be self-tied.

Are the suspenders adjustable?

Yes. NEO Suspenders are fully adjustable and designed to fit most body types.

Recommended for heights 160–190 cm (5’3”–6’3”).

Flat Caps are available in two sizes.

Size S/M

Head circumference 56–58 cm (22.0–22.8 in)

Size L/XL

Head circumference 58–60 cm (22.8–23.6 in)

Care

How should I care for my accessories?

We recommend gentle care. NEO accessories are not machine washable. Spot cleaning or professional cleaning is recommended if needed.
